Wanna know a secret about me and my blog? Waaaaay before I ever started blogging, I followed TONS of great, famous bloggers that I admired. Post after post, I gawked at their amazing OOTD’s but time and time again, I’d click their links only to find that each piece was a couple hundred bucks that I couldn’t afford. So I’d sigh, X out of the screen, and leave the site without purchasing that “perfect summer top”.

I couldn’t help but wonder if there were any blogs that shared outfits that were actually affordable. So when I started Kara Tapangan, The Blog I wanted to share pieces that women of all ages could feel comfortable wearing AND buying!

Now, don’t get me wrong, I shop. A lot. Anyone who knows me, knows that I do. But if my mom taught me anything, its that you NEVER have to spend a big buck to look and feel like a million bucks! So to kick off summer, I’m so excited to share this festive palm leaves romper- and the best part? It’s only $36.00!

I paired my romper with my Antonio Milani tan wedges that are currently on sale for $110.00 $66.00! Granted, I’ll admit that I’ve had my eye on the Tory Burch Lexington Wedges (I mean, who isn’t?!) but at a whopping $325.00, I really couldn’t get myself to buy them. These tan wedges are the perfect dupe and are extremely comfortable! So if you’re in the market for the perfect summer heel, I recommend snatching these up. Also, if you’re super weird like me and don’t actually like tanning but like looking tan, I sometimes use Almay’s Bare It All Spray to keep my legs looking evenly bronze all summer!
