Fall Favorites

Sep 29, 2017 · by Kara Tapangan

Romper: Francesca’s || Booties: Kristin Cavallari || Hat: Nordstrom || Choker: Baublebar (similar here) || Sunnies: SOLD OUT (similar here )

I’ll be honest, it’s like a new wind of Fall obsession has come over me this year.

Last Friday, I got out of clinic and rushed over to Hobby Lobby and grabbed as many pumpkins and plaid throws I could fit in my cart. It didn’t help that ALL the Autumn decor is 40% off, so if you’re looking to decorate, definitely head over there soon. After an hour of manic cleaning and decorating, I am proud to say that every corner of my house is filled with the warm aroma of all things cinnamon, spice, and everything nice! But no matter how much I wish the weather was cooler, San Antonio won’t be cooling down for a few months. So in lieu of the warm weather, I decided to throw together a look showcases all of this seasons “it” colors and styles that can be transitioned from Summer to Fall!

Disclosure: I know I don’t feature them a lot on here, but BOY DO I LOVE ROMPERS!

I thinks it’s because outside of blog pictures, I’m fairly lazy about throwing together outfits. But rompers? Rompers are easy-peasy. It’s flattering on everyone, they’re so comfortable, and you only have to pick one piece!

I snagged this gorgeous romper from Francesca’s (for less than $40!) and paired it with my Kristin Cavallari “Laurel” Peep Toe Bootie in the color Dark Camel. I’ll be honest, I was SO excited to get my hands on these booties. Every time I saw it on other bloggers or my girlfriends, it just looked so good. But I can’t lie to y’all but … THEY HURT. The heels are high and there’s almost no support on the ball of your foot. No matter how much I wanted to strut around town in them, I sadly caught myself having to sit down every 15 minutes to give my feet a break. I’m going to try some jelly inserts and hopefully it helps!

But shoes aside, thanks for reading! I have so many wonderful projects lined up and I can’t wait to share them with you all!
