I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was extra giddy walking out of clinic to a burst of cold air. I know the cold front won’t last for long, but you can’t blame me for living it up! Aaron can I have been trying to take advantage of the cooler temperatures by going to Farmer’s Markets, strolling around La Cantera, and having dozens of cappuccinos and tarts at Bakery Lorraine. Still, I can’t express how happy I’ve been lately!
Blanket scarves are one of my favorite Fall trends. Whether my hair is up in a messy bun or down with loose curls, blanket scarves always bring a look together. So when Adriana, the owner of The Shoe Club, and I were collaborating to create a gorgeous outfit, I knew I wanted to pair their olive faux suede tee dress with this beautiful neutral patterned blanket scarf. After I tried it on, I knew I was going use these staples all season! The scarf is so easy to pair with black, nudes, grays, and creams – literally, all I wear in the winter!
I’ll be honest, I’ve been tempted to try out a suede dress for a while now, but I’ve been nervous. Whenever I see Kylie Jenner rock it flawlessly, I’m always so skeptical since I’m far from a Kardashian framework! But this dress is so soft and flattering, I’m definitely coming back to grab it in different colors. For accessories I picked out this nude crossbody. It actually came with a wristlet strap and since I go to clinic during the week, I love that I can quickly clip on the wristlet strap and use it for school. It’s the perfect piece to transition from day to night! My favorite Camel booties are so versatile and I can’t stop wearing them. I styled these booties an older blog post HERE.
